You’ll learn which types of insureds typically request additional insured status – and why – and explore the challenges that can arise when adding additional insureds, including how to manage or minimize those risks. You’ll also examine the purpose, coverage scope, and key limitations or exclusions of additional insured endorsements, with a focused discussion on how additional insured status applies within the Commercial General Liability Policy.

• 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Employment Practices Liability Insurance (2 CE hours). In this course, you’ll explore liability exposures that arise from everyday employment practices and gain a clear understanding of why this coverage is essential for every risk. You’ll review common Employment Practices Liability coverages and exclusions, helping you better evaluate exposures and determine appropriate coverage solutions for your clients.

• 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Cyber Exposures and Coverage (3 CE hours). In this session, you’ll learn how to identify both first- and third-party cyber exposures and gain a clear understanding of why cyber insurance coverage is essential. You’ll explore the common cyber risks every business faces when using the internet in day-to-day operations. Additionally, there will be an in-depth review of the most current ISO cyber form and insights into additional coverage options available in today’s marketplace.
