What education sessions are offered?

More than 120 education sessions are organized in industry theme and product-specific learning tracks for all levels of Applied Systems users and all roles in the organization.

Who are the session presenters?

Subject-matter experts who are agents, brokers, Applied Client Network master presenters, Applied Systems professional staff and other industry experts all present during the conference.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, all sessions (keynotes, education and evening events) presented virtually will be recorded and available to watch on-demand at the end of each week.

When will the recordings be made available?

Sessions from week 1 of the conference will be available on Friday, September 25 and sessions from week 2 will be available on Friday, October 9. You can access all of the recordings here through Friday, October 30 using the email address you registered for the event with.

What can I expect in the virtual exhibit hall?

While we may be physically apart, we are still bringing you the best virtual exhibit hall so that you can discover the latest products and services to help your business build your digital path forward. The Applied Net Exchange will be an immersive exhibit hall experience that allows you to have online conversations with third-party solution providers, Applied product experts and insurer partners. Will Applied Net be virtual in future years?

What makes this conference so special is the people that come together to learn, network and push the industry forward. We look forward to the day that we can bring our customers, partners and employees back together in person. In the meantime, we look forward to virtually connecting via our first-ever virtual Applied Net and will see what the future holds for this format of an event as we move forward together.

 

Technical Requirements

What are the technical requirements to attend the virtual version of Applied Net?

For best viewing, access Applied Net 2020 from a desktop or laptop. Mobile device participation is available, however, some features may be limited. Below are a few additional computer tips and tricks that will help.

Before the live event starts, we recommend testing your system to ensure that you are not experiencing any technical issues.

If you are using an unsupported version of a Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system, you may experience difficulty in accessing the event and/or listening to a webcast.

Registration

What are the dates for Applied Net 2020?

  • Week 1: Monday, September 21 – Thursday, September 24, 2020
  • Week 2: Monday, October 5 – Thursday, October 8, 2020

Can I still register for Applied Net once the event has started?

Yes. You can register for Applied Net once the live event starts and after it ends. You’ll be able to access the session recordings through October 30.

What is the price to attend Applied Net 2020?

Applied Net is free for all attendees.

Is Applied Net limited to Applied’s customers and partners?

Applied Net is the flagship user conference for users of Applied software. Registration for the event is limited to Applied customers and participating partners.

Is there a limit to the number of employees that can register from a single organization?

No! Applied Net is open to anyone in your organization that would find value in attending. We encourage you to share with your colleagues!

If I have a question that's not addressed in this FAQ, where should I direct it?
